Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our services are delivered digitally and through professional consultation. As these services are customized to your needs, delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope of work and client cooperation. Kress Cooper will use reasonable efforts to deliver services within agreed timelines, although delays may occur due to regulatory requirements, client responsiveness, or third-party factors.

Because our services involve professional expertise, time, and in many cases regulatory filings, refunds are limited. Refunds may only be considered before work on your package has commenced. Once work has begun—such as analysis, consultation, or preparation of filings—fees are non-refundable. Completed consultations, advisory calls, and submitted documents are strictly non-refundable. Government fees, third-party charges, or statutory payments made on your behalf are also non-refundable under any circumstances.

In exceptional cases, such as accidental duplicate payments or technical errors, partial or full refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Kress Cooper.
